Great to see ARC entering 1/8 arena...

The Velox V8 EC 2015 is out btw, very little changed just a few small refinements.

I've been speaking to a driver in main land Europe who has been testing the new ARC chassis for 6 month and he is very happy with it, I would imagine it's a good car.

no doubt as many cars are designed to refine or improve from others.

wish i can see the car running in my track, but i will never happen.
LHS only carry main brands, 1/8 engines are expensive with high maintenance fees, track is fewer and fewer.

many people are scared away by these factors.

choisan- we will have the R8 and all the parts available in the US for hobby shops and racers at shopviper.com

It will be easier to get parts than you think. And more affordable for hobby shops to carry the car and parts. They just have to be willing to try, we will work with them.

The comment on engines you need to relook that as engine pricing are lower & even lower than it was 5 years ago closer to 10 year as a comparison

from my experience for the past 10, 12 years, say for example Nova Rossi, engine and its maintenance parts such as conrod, special size bearings are more expensive.

10 years ago, jp rx03 costed me $6xx. the mega HRM 21 costed more than $800.
compared with NR's top model, it is about the same, but parts wise, the NR top end is having more and more special size bearing.
i don't have chance to look into the latest 2015's model yet, hope the parts are more "normal".
of course OS and some other brands are making this market more affordable.
