The adjustable ackerman fit my car exactly like the original non adjustable servo saver.

There is a washer that is suppose to sit on top of the center post. It is machined out on one side. It is part # 902152 - radio plate spacer.

Default Aluminium Brake Pulley

Does anyone have an effective method for keeping the grub screw from coming loose from the aluminium brake pulley? I've tried locktight but it still gets loose. Very frustrating.

Thanks in advance.

I used two shorter grub screws - put one in and tighten it down - then follow the first one with another grub screw and lock them together.

Never had one come loose this way.

Don't worry, you are not doing anything wrong. Your Hudy Station is working just fine. There is a 20mm offset for the front wheels and 30mm offset for the rear.

example: 205mm in the rear on the Hudy Station is a trackwidth of 265mm with the rear wheels installed on the car. (205+30+30=265)

example: 205mm in the front on the Hudy Station is a trackwidth of 245mm, with the front wheels installed on the car. (205+20+20=245)

Hope this helps.

Bob, the shortest grub screw I can find is 3mm long x 4 mm wide. Are there grub screws 2mm x 4mm?

Thanks
There are shims supplied that you can stack on the inside or out of the steering block. i believe i used 3 total on each block. see related picture on page 46 of this thread. (you don't need the conical washer, just 3 of the thin 'washer' supplied.

I use a dremmel to shorten them when I can't get hold of the correct length screws.

Default Leaky fuel tank

Anyone using the new fuel lid? Anyone getting a leak? After putting on the new lid my fuel tank now leaks from the rear of the new lid. The leak isn't super serious but I'd rather not have it. Any solutions? When is the new 125cc with silcon ring lid coming out?

It depends if you also have installed the new bearingblocks with 3 bearings. If you have not, the play on this outer-bearing will be to much and will never be locked. I just sand both metal parts a bit and the glue it with pattex instand glue.
