the centax is more like a Mugen Centax
It is a Mugen ! 
it has 4 pcs flyweight. I have the spring tension adjusting tool but I merely use it !

looks like i am goin to get a second car already....
cant resist the temptation of joining the club....
i am comparing MTX-3 with the 705....
cant decide which one to go for...

It is best to use the mugen 2speed tool as this will save you from buying clutch bells.
alternative for the clutch spring tension tool is your "fingers"
