Tag,
Wait it out for the MTX-4, From what Ive seen with mugen every step forward in kits have been better than previous models, and Sept-Oct is only around the corner, 5 months. Till then run the piss out of your MTX-3. There are only a few upgrades from the stock to prosec, which if you run the Mtx-3 with JP eng, you might have a few of the upgrades already.... But in the end the choice is up to you...
read my post again,

MRX4 is due in October, not the MTX4

Gentlemen,
We've just purchased a MTX-3.
Permission to come aboard this thread?

. . . as opposed to just giving lip, like I usually do.

I thought we are talking about the MTX-4 not the Mrx-4. Either way I would suggest waiting it out.

Default MTX-4

WELL GUYS, SINCE THERE IS A LOT OF SPECTATIONS AS TO WHEN THE NEW MTX-4 WILL COME OUT (PROBABLY NEXT YEAR), AND BEING THE MTX-3 SUCH A GOOD CAR,......... WHAT WOULD BE THE MOST LIKELY CHANGES THAT THE MTX-4 SHOULD HAVE????
IN OTHER WORDS,................... WHAT WOULD YOUR WISH LIST INCLUDE ON MOST LIKELY IMPROVEMENTS OVER THE CURRENT MODEL???

The release date of the MTX-4 kind of depends on the MRX-4.

Stronger rear uprights? I have never really heard that ever being a problem outside of the screw pulling out at the top camber link. Replacing the stock screw with a slightly longer one cures that problem.

I would like to see easier access to the diffs without compromising the rugged and tough design of the MTX3.

Maybe Tag means stronger camber link system? I always find the wobbly camber links annoying. What do you guys do to minimise this?

kreidel, you're right too, I'm using slightly longer screws now.
