why are you so hate me stefan? are you really GPM or 3racing staff?
Manticore, one point to mark here.

If your car runs at 5km/hr, product quality is not a concern as the moving parts may just last forever.

In your case, product quality plays a major role !

To be honest I have to admit Kenji's set up is a nice base for my Mugen.

I started off with the following:

Fr droop - 1 mm
Rr droop - 4 mm

Fr camber - 2 degrees
Rr camber - 3 degrees

Fr toe - 0.5 degree out
Rr toe - 3 degrees in

Springs - blue
Oil - 40 wt

Fr diff - 10,000 wt
Rr diff - 1,000 wt

Fr rollbar - flat
Rr roll bar - stock

The set up was nice enough for a small technical track, small as in about 100' x 50' (was more of an EP track).

check this out.
Whether it is GPM or the 3Racing pulleys, you will have the same problem. The pulleys are slightly larger than stock, you will not that the side belt, especially, will be very taut. Despite the wear/tear my 3Racing pulleys were not chewing up belts, it only did for the rear belt when I took my gear ratio up to 8.08. My pulleys have gone through about 4 gallons now and its still fine.
