Its a allen screw under the lower arms that controls or limits the suspensions up travel.You generally don't want to limit suspension travel but in certain tracks its ok.

Ti screws
 
Which Sets of Ti screws are cheap and good?
Am thinking of replacing my screws to Ti wans.. :D

the 3 racing ones are good and they are pretty cheap. they are like $57 on speedtechrc.com
