oh, that plastic ring is for the belt tensioner, if you use 5x10 bearings, you dont need this ring

Brake Binding?
Another question I have is with the brakes, how freely should the car feel at neutral?
My car when push moves about 15cm before stopping, it does feel there is resistance though. I have sandpaped most of the brake pads off, however I don't want to go too far. I am running on a tight, small track and will therefore be replacing the one-way with a solid diff, therefore I will need brakes. Can people tell me how they overcome the binding and how freely does their car feel. Sami |
