Sorry, I was looking for a lb (pound) wieght.

I know they are 1.7mm but i'm not sure how that unit of measure compares to the standard lb rating.

And does anyone have a manual file for the car. The mugen website does not have it available.

Hi Guys

I just picked up an MTX-3 Prospec as I'm just entering the world of nitro. Do you recommend a good set of servo horns for this car? I'm running two Spektrum Z590 servos.

Cheers
Adrian

I run some Dynamite Servo Horns on mine, they work better than the plastic ones.

Has anyone had a problem with the 47T 1st gear for the MTX-3? I tried fitting it into the original housing and my lightweight housing, they don't seem to fit.

Also, how do you change the shifting times on this car?

tighten the two speed, take the shoe's so you can see which two screws you have to tighten. they are the ones that are at an angel go a 1/4 turn until you get what you want for a shift point

Hmm, maybe that's the problem. I tried putting on a .8 gear on a 1.0 gear mount.

Oh, my bad. I still can't get it to fit. I don't think it's a defective gear. I've boughten two of these and they both don't fit. The last one stayed on with some CA glue, but was a bad idea.

The center hole is fine. It's the those three holes.

You might have a MRX spur gear.
