I don't know if this question has been asked yet, but can I bring my car to GT2 length by swapping to the truggy chassis and center drive shafts?

The GT has 2 speed so the chassis is not the same as the Buggy.

also I think the truggy chassis maybe "alittle" too long

I have a question that I didn't see while scanning the past 25 pages. What are the extra parts that should be kept on hand and should be added to the car? I need to get a list together and a price for my "racing manager" to see if I can upgrade to the Serpent from my GT2+.
I'm hoping with selling my kyosho GT and RRR it will help offset the cost.

if you want to race out of box you will have no problems but I suggest the following for aggressive racing

Bearings
center alu diff holder
Pro brake set
Rear alu chassis brace
Springs
delrin pistons
webbed bladder
alu spring cups
offset hexes depending on your setup. (optional)
alu servo levers!!!

the car is really strong and I really do not see you braking parts but always handy to keep extras close by.

the rest of the options are either secondary or for making weight savings.
TiNi hinge pins and piston shaft
other option parts available
titanium parts

Since my LHS is about 2hrs away I try to have the parts that I might go through on hand.....

the internal shims are no more needed with the new gears (600627)

outer shims should be included in the kit where its necessary. usually 2 per diff 2 per pinion and none for the center for the ep (new one)

im looking at getting into a 1/8 gt car and this car is highly recommended but i cant find any body's that say they will fit it. and all the cars i have found for sale are kits that don't come with a body. what body's will fit this car?

Try the alpha r3!!!! U can get that body direct from serpent america...
Also u have the protoform pf8. And a couple more bodies.

1. The screws that hold the springs for the Pro brake pads to the Alumin. Diff holder.

2. The 0* degree steerring arms.
