whats wrong with the stock chassis, its a piece of art as it is, i never seen "innovations" like that built into a chassis, rather the whole damm car, reading a on-line manual takes you no-where near what this kit is like, i dont car WHO'S world champion etc etc etc, unless it handles like crap or i get out-steereed at every corner,i found A HOME

I'm old school... I like the plastic, just learned how to get them right after a lot of practice and don't want to change.
But I really like the idea of the new alu shocks!

Hi there,
could somone please give me the rationale behind the concept of the front bumper where you can cut the side pieces out or leave them closed? What is happening from an aerodynamic point of view?
Thanks, Stefan

@Stefan,
when you cut them out normally you have a little bit more sterring
@ all
also completly killed the bearings on the rearshaft.. so always have some of them in your partbox ...
kind regards Tom

@Roelof
Yes your right but I tried it and the effect was that in my feel there was more steering with the parts cut out ... no idea to explain it
Why the bearings are so short live I don't know ... Normaly on the other cars I repllaced those bearings all 2 races just to be shure but on the Rx8 they failed on the first race +- 200 laps done with the car.
kind regards Tom
