sorry about that mate, the term doesn't have the same meaning as it may have in the USA.

That needs work! IMO
That IS a new mount. The pulleys are on the outsides and the center section sits, on an angle, under the left edge of the upper deck. Looks like it should be a lot easier to remove the front belt and or the front diff. Take another look.

Good eye, it does look like that is a single center plastic? piece that most likely has two bearings and then a shaft (wouldn't be hollow?) with set screw mounted pulleys.

So without the front bumper and top deck screwed in, it basically leaves you with 4 screws to have the front shock tower and mounts off with the front diff out. pretty cool

Interesting how they seem to have gone to an asymmetric chassis, maybe to compensate for flex somewhere?

I still love the carbon sticker on the front bumper though, that is classy for a prototype car.

Peter- it sounds like the three of us will be debuting this new machine at our next FORGASS season here in the state of Florida. Or perhaps sooner if it comes out before our last race in May 2011.

See you at Kraceway in November. Are you going to be able to make it to the US Opens this year?

It is "supposed" to come out before your last race in May of 2011, but we all know how that always seems to work out.

not sure if I will make the US open because I'm committed to the state races first and if the time and funds are there then maybe. If the car is delayed thats okay the evo2 is working just fine right now. we are alone in the sea of xrays and serpents but I'm keeping the faith and they know that Kyosho is still a serious contender.

just wait until there is a release date :P

I'm sure the shimo is going to be kyoshos top kit for as long as the evo2 wc was. I'm not sure anything will survive as long as the evo wc though.
