New Capricorn looks pretty decent, did not know they would cut coat by using FG in some areas...

Probably for flex as much as cost savings.

Rick, yeah I was not sure maybe its an early pre-release? As its between the rear bulkhead? But I think they played it smart using the C8S front end.

EDIT: Appears the Chassis is too...

Rody even has the BL version listed on WCP too 🤘

the event, looks so awesome, I am going to have to make an effort to go next year!!! Even if I am a back marker, lol

[QUOTE=1/8 IC Fan;15322841]So as a warning, if you like or want to buy Delta Plastik bodies, and think to get a heavier 1mm body... its not!

The material may have started somewhere at 1mm...

My Delta Plastics body was the same way the listing stated 1mm but it's 1.5mm and had the 1.5mm sticker on it. Yeah I was upset. Parma will be my next body.

The things you are talking about are additional weights, the car is too light for the actual rules.
Last year they tried to modify the rules and lower the weight of the cars, but this has been rejected because beside the official brands there are also quite a lot of cars designed and made by racers themselves and not using excotical materials.
So a way to keep the costs limited in this area.

The same they needed to do with the normal 1/8 cars. Most cars in a normal configuration are still 2450 up to 2500 gram but todays limit is 2350 because racers do use all kind of exotic materials. Even last EFRS AGM there was a proposal to set the limit lower, prrrrffff.....

Rody, no I meant the main chassis, the weights I am aware of, but the chassis looks to be Black G10.

There is only 1 version, the car originally is supplied with a FG chassis, The carbon chassis is optional.
