I wrote the setup down in case you guys can't read it from my previous post.
Here it goes:
Front:
Roll center: Higher
Shock position: lower
Shocks: blue spring, 1 hole piston, 1,000 oil
Gear diff: 100,000 oil
Swaybar: 2.5
Tires: Matrix Carbon 37 shore @ 61mm
Camber left and right: -2 degrees
Toe: 0.5 out
Downstop: -1
Ride Heigh: 7mm (measured with car on setup station)
Caster: 3mm
Wheel base: 1mm spacer behind the lower arm
Width: 198mm
Rear
Roll center: middle
Upper pivot point: lowest-in
Upright mounting: 1mm shims, in position
Shock position: second from the lowest
Shocks: pink spring, 2 hole piston, 1,000 oil
Gear diff: 50,000 oil
Swaybar: 2.3
Tires: Matrix Carbon 42 shore @ 63mm
Camber left: -4 degrees
Camber right: -3 degrees
Toe: 2.5 in
Downstop: 2
Ride Heigh: 8mm (measured with car on setup station)
Wheel base: 0mm spacer in front of the lower arm

has anyone faced the problem when mounting the diff gear on the outdrive
and tighten the 2mm screw, then the outdrive has some binding? I think the
cause is that the shim under the gear which is 3mm should be 2mm or 1mm
so as to provide some gap inbetween. I had to use my dremel to take some
plastic on the diff case to provide some gap so the outdrive spins freely. Although
this is only happening on one diff. the other is just fine...

What hole piston
high roll center???
If that does not work for you try..
40 to 50,00 rear diff.
900wt oil xceed 2 hole piston.
Everything that you have seems to be to light.
