Aaahhh you mean I mixed up the Jedi Mind trick with the Ring trick   As for my head, I know it isn't alright, I mean, what kind of an idiot would pay good money to torture himself for 12 hours in the Alps! :weird:

I just got a 710. I'm looking for suggestion on what type of good motor I should go with.

it depends on what type of race you want
if there is no rules, get whatever powerful you can
personally recommand Novamax .15 7port for out law if you can drive it

Thanks

Nitro Rookie, congratulations, you won't be disappointed with the performance.

As for steering servos, I've got Futaba 9550 in one car and Sanwa WRX in the other without problems. I've also used KO 2343 in the past no problems.

Anything else you want to know you should download the 710 FAQ assembled by Glenn Cauley and MarkP. download from 3hobby.com or just directly from MarkP's signature here. ;)

Well, I must agree that if the club allows you to run any engine you want then the NovaMax .15 7 port is definitely the killer engine! :D

Sow...how did you do the wheel base mod? What did it do to the handling? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I looked on 3hobby already and will be doing most of those mods as I put the car together. I am looking to buy another engine too. I don't want to tear my NTC3 apart yet. I will continue racing that until I get the 710 the way I want it.
Anyone else with ideas please send them my way, I'm looking forward to any help I can get.

Thanks
