One of the main reasons is having you brakes set too hard. You can set your TX unit to reduce the amount of servo travel when you hit the brakes. You'll have to read your TX manual to see how you set this up. Make sure you have accurately setup the car - this is vital to good performance! Don't set something without measuring it very accurately - it simply doesn't work - this is a racing car. Read the tweak section in the FAQ - it answers questions like "why does my car spin out" - everything is covered there. Cheers, Mark. |

Thank You Mark for great help. I really appreciate it.
Anything else? Is it a good idea to break-in engine on a starter box? Max |

Originally posted by Bxclip shoudl i lock the one way my radio didnt coem with tx manual If you don't do this, at best you'll end up burning out your servo - at worst your car will take off at uncontrollable speed and you won't be able to brake. You can't do half a job with these cars - they require a lot of time to be setup up correctly - failure to do so will lead to frustration and a big heap of broken parts. I would also recommend locking your one-way if you have never driven one before. Cheers, Mark. |

Re: Re first ride
Hi Sn4il,
Is it a good idea to break-in engine on a starter box? The other 7 tanks there need to be more resistance. Run in is best done by 10-12 tanks. If you don't want to run in on track then use a run in bench. Thomas |
