Make sure you tighten the diffs so that they do not slip ! Look up Julius' article on mytsn on how to do them correctly.

Yes. :nod: Especially when you blip the throttle and the car is on the starter box. It is very obvious that the rear wheels jump on throttle input.

Q about the sway-bars: in the setup bible it is show as one of the first changes to make, but if you're starting from scratch (i.e. no setup for a track) surely it would be one of the last :confused: I mean, the sway bars are providing more of a correcting action and surely it is better to get to a better setup with the other components first.....or am I wrong?

About the front camber - would you suggest a camber change to fix such problems when the fronts are wearing level?

Well for me, if I find the car good all around but except in the corners the car hooks up in the front and too much for my liking, I would just like to stiffen the sway bar up front. Sometimes, you just want very subtle changes because everything else is running right.

I noted that on some tracks, -0.5 and -1.5 camber did not make soo much noticeable difference in the front tires. That of course to a certain extent, making it wear the same flat would be the correct way.:nod:

:nod: This is what I was meaning - if the car is working ok, then the sway bars are a valid change. But if I'm completely lost with my setup, I'll leave the sway bars until later when things start to come together.

:cry: Well my year of lack-of-driving continues - seriously injured myself just before my bike race last week :( (still managed to get 63rd from 6500 :D ), so I can hardly walk - on top of that I have a heavy cold and a GF who I need to take care of though some very difficult times :(
And wouldn't you just know it....the weather is perfect! :flaming:

If you look at most of the setups posted on mytsn by the drivers, you'll notice that most of them only vary slightly from the stock setup ! :sneaky: :nod:
