Just ran my Mazda 6 body today and all I can say is WOW:nod: I been using the Stratus this whole time and to me the Mazda feels much better on the corners and is more stable as well. I aint going back to the stratus body. :o

Zizu, I think your comments are not welcomed. Why are you still here? Ironically, 50% of your post (21 to be exact) are in the 710 forum. Are you still interested in the car? If not, you could be like our friend Mr. hudy and sell his 710 for USD 50. I think you will be appreciated here more if you contribute positively. Cheers.

Stripping spurs? Does anyone have a problem with that here? I think it's simply a matter of setting the mesh correctly. Too tight/ too loose and you will strip one... I set mesh by listening: I set it real tight first, then rotate it/loosen it untill I don't hear the grinding noise anymore. Never stripped a spur unless a pebble messes things up!

Losing dogbones? Never! And thats with the 808220 dogbones which are 1mm shorter and 198mm width. I haven't ran the front diff yet, but with the one-way all I need is a bit of fuel tubing. Also put some fuel tubing in the wheel axle like Julius/InitialD said so the dogbones don't get caught in the wheel axle slots with max steering and they will not break either!

Sure the 710 isn't perfect, no car is... But with some brains and the help of this thread and the great people visiting and complementing it, your 710 can be near-perfect!

At least mine is... all it needs is a good driver

The most is dogbones. Also had problems with pinions, shock shafts..As I said I'm not trying to bash this car down.Just dissapointed at its quality. My 1st car when I started into GP cars was the serpent quattro.I think it was the time when Rody Roem won his world title in Japan. Before that our local scene was dominated by if I'm not mistaken a car called SG Columbia.I had a lot success by the quattro. So I don't thinkl I asking a lot by expecting better quality out of the S710.

Have you seen Mark's FAQ?
http://3hobby.com/dlfiles/710FAQ_rev2.2.pdf

You could find out how to save your shock shafts.
I personally haven't lost or broken any dog bones.
I also haven't stripped any pinions.
