Alu Shock bodies

I just got the alu. shock bodies (909410,909411). Can i use the existing shock piston on those alu shock bodies or do i need different parts?

Yes you can. The aluminum bodies are a direct replacements to the composite ones.

Hi Bobby,

Misssed your post there for some reason.

The 710 is fully dialled at my track now - it really is handling superbly.

My next race is on the 5th of May and then 7th and 8th of May - that's going to be hard!!!

Just need to do the last bit of tuning on my motors and then I'll be ready!!

Good luck too with your next race and yep, see you in 2006 at the usual place :sneaky:

I'm not very familiar with all kinds of settings yet (toe, camber and caster is enough for me) but I suppose droop is adjusted with down and upstops?

There are 2 downstopscrews in the upper bumperplate, and then there are 2 screws in the roll-bar levers too, which I suppose are the upstops.

Someone better knowing may correct all my faults :D

OK, I guess i were outposted by some pages again.. Gotta remeber to always refresh before posting! :D

That is correct. But droop is adjusted by downstops and not the upstops. Upstops are better left not used.
