Truly, they won't check unless you're carrying 6 suitcases. You can't carry the obvious such as the radio system if its not UK compliant (needs to be 40 MHz) and obviously absolutely no Nitro traces ANYWHERE!

Actually, that was what I did for Thailand ! The controller was kept in my hand luggage like what you suggested. Well, when they scanned my hand luggage and they thought it was somekind of weird camera ! Told them it was a contoller where big boys like use it to control toy cars ! :rolleyes: :lol:

This was I was thinking of doing, but I was really worried that they'd think the TX unit was somekind of weapon (i.e. the large antenna) and take it away from me. Didn't they mind the potential weapon factor of the TX unit?
