and i forgot to mention if you have the brakes turned up high like normal you will probably not make it to the corner like you thought and undercut the apex. they are very effective now, and take a little bit of dialing out, and you should find they are nice and consistent to.
cheers

Thumbs up Spend some time with setup

These braces are the best single addition for a 5, but just Remember you may need to work on your setup again. I change sway bars, drop, rear camber front drop , etc. and this thing is on rails now. Diff oils !

Hi.. Does it handle very differently when you first bolt on the brace without making changes to your set up?

It would do as you have reduced the amount of flex in the car

From what I understand, the new chassis and the old one are both 3 mm. Do they weigh the same?

You will notice a bit more understeer when using the brace without changing your setup, however as steve mentioned a few changes to the setup and you will be faster then before.

I still think this is the best way to go, it allows the chassis to flex side to side. When I drove the car I never stripped out a car after putting this on.

I do think that part is pretty trick.
