Kyosho V-One RRR WCE
Hi all,
I have just finished building my new V-One RRR WCE and in the later stages of running in the engine.
Now that I'm getting a little bit of speed I've found that the front wheels aren't braking. When I apply the brakes the car spins around.
Have I done something wrong when building?
Is there something I can change or adjust?
I've noticed that when you roll the car backwards, all 4 wheels brake.
Thanks in a advance.

Thanks for the reply.
The car does have a front differential.
Is this normal for only the rear wheels to brake and it's just something I have to get used to?
Thanks Rubio, I'll keep that in mind.

Are you sure about the front diff?

In any case:
- with front diff you can brake even starting the curve, because the braking effect is applied on all of the wheels, then you can release the throttle later and enter faster in the curves
- with front one-way your car is smoother but be aware to brake only on a straight line otherwise you'll gonna turn around, then you are forced to brake only before to start steering

Thanks guys.
Just checked the manual again and found it does have a one way.
Will try turning it around.

It won't work that way. Get a solid axle (=spool) or a diff, instead
Spool is only 1 part, diff requires many

Found a solid axel in one of the bags in the kit. Will change it over because the track I'll be running at is a little tight.
Thanks for all your advice and help.

What does a solid spool in the front do?
Compared to one way and diff
The one way is fast in corners with sweepers but bad on tIght tracks and break while going straight or else it would spin
Diffs are more forgiving but with the one way it wants to be on throttle
