Haven't attempted to do a full assembly on the car yet as I've been working on detail parts but it looked like the parts were there to do the laydown throttle servo mount. I scanned the exploded view and the parts list the other day and I'll attempt to attach them.

Rick,

I can't wait to get the essential parts. In fact, Mark won't see my kit until I get those parts!

PS;
You think you can make a light weight Alu. brake disk?
I'm hoping the APS Brake fits...

I think Team Kamikaze has them allready, I havent asked him, but he was told he should have them this week.

The car IS light. With a brass tray, pipe, body, engine and 5 cell batterie, minus the clutch, the car is 248 grams under legal weight.

Could any of you explain what the different rear suspension holders do?

Also, would this be considered a gross adjustment or a finite adjustment.

I appreciate any 'tutorial' on this.

Thank you,
Steve

Hmm, the Kyosho website says it comes with this. It also says the car has 3 lengths of upper rear arms but in the set up sheets I looked at it doesn't show anything like 3 different arms. Can somebody explain this to me please?

The upper rear arm is made up of a base rectangular shaped piece and an added pivot ball mount (coupled by a 4mm tie rod to give adjustability) which is included in three lengths. The shortest is used with the outboard pin position, the middle length is used with the inner pin position and the longest goes with the "A" lower block set which replicates the geometry of the 03 car, the setup sheet seems to ignore the latter option. Someone asked about the laydown servo parts - had a moment to look today and the plastic parts are included in the kit but all the fasteners, the pivot post and the ball bearings are not included, if you've been doing this game for a while most of the missing bits are probably kicking around your spares box already.
