Default GT Class

He is right about the GT class dead in So Ca.
I had a DM1 that was a rocket, with a modified Pico 21 engine, and some other upgrades, but because the class died out here, I sold it to a guy in New York who has told me that my old DM1 is tearing up the tracks on the east coast
I wish I would have kept the car even with that class dead in my area, as I had more enjoyment driving that car that my 1/8th on-road cars.
I had driven the Kyosho, and hands down, my DM1 out performed the Kyosho in every aspect.
If I were to buy another GT car, it would for sure be another Ofna DM1.

GT racing flourishes in areas where it’s supported by manufacturers, hobby shops, track owners, race organizers and the GT car owners themselves.

I sell to a huge group in the San Fran area. I will try to get some info on where they race exactly.

I thought you'd like the new direction.
Now lets try to get the old Florida GT crew back together.

Same here in Puerto Rico, it is growing. I think that it is up to all of us GT racers to help grow the class. I have noticed that in on road racing many people don't help out the new guys and most of the time those new guys get tired of getting their a$$ kicked and eventually get out. What we try here to do is help out anyone that wants to improve. We share setup advice with anyone and even give out our used tires (please not worn out tires) to help out the new guys.

It is great news that Serpent is comming out with the Cobra GT.
