the negative diff has a clutch built in and when the clutch engage at a certaim rpm the unit will become solid.

With the TCD, what do you need to change out from stock, or is it a complete diff?

I'm not fully decided right now, talked to a friend from Yokomo, and he really has me hyped on their car right now, gave me a couple tips to help make it faster as well

CONRODS?
Hey guys,
sorry to interupt ur dialog but i've got something urgent...
I've got an EVO and have changed most of the bearing to Teflon sealed bearing (7075 ssteel, military standard) and after a day at the tracks my car still has some binding somewhere. I've checked the car over and tore down the drive train yet it's still binding
I've checked all the bearing and they're sweet ass... no droop problems, Diffs are fine... Belts are in good condition.I'M tearing my hair out at this problem!! ARGH...
Would anyone have any other suggestions?
BTW, my novarossi NS3 engine is running outta compression (i got canned by an OFNA picco 7 port .12 Turbo... that thing just hammers!!!!!!!!!) Was wondering if i would be able to replace my internals with NS5 internals (conrod, P/S Crank)?
Any advice is appreciated.
thnx guys

. . . but I'm going to guess that the grub screws in the two-speed are screwed too far in.
If your engine has run out of compression - join the club!
Yes the NS-5 stuff will fit, but it's likely uneconomical.
