I used regular medium CA but you'd most likely be better off with some 5 or 15min epoxy.

Joey, he was not using the two speed springs. At the bottom of his post is a link to Tower hobbies. It shows the springs he used and they are very small.

2 low profile servo and Life receiver pack will save you at 70g easy, but light weight layshaft and mid shaft will give more performance gain.

You could also try the Lightweight CVD's from www.litemodz.com and also their Titanium Screw Set.

low pro servos, light weight diff gears... Better actual performance difference per dollar. Think rotational inertia. The servos will help to take weight off the right side of the car. and the diff gears will net you the biggest acceleration difference. And if you need more go with a LiFe rx pack. The diff gears honestly will make the biggest difference of any part you bolt on. I have all the light weight goodies, but unless your at the top of your personal game track time might net you more benefits.

The stock disc had the vents that once worn would grab a bit 4 times per rev. You don't have to get the other disc, but the mugen pads make a decent amount of heat.

Cheers,

Is that the blue pads or the yellow pads from mugen?
Also, a link to the optional disk from xray?
Tried the xceed disk too?

I used it. Didn't notice much difference. Only thing i noted is that i had to replace it more often... (yes, i do crash).

Anyways. They are a good (cheap) replacement for the stock 3mm one. But if you want to be sure the thing stays flat, use the xray one IMHO!

thanks cyclops, i thought the CSO is stronger than the original one since it's thicker by 0.1mm. i think i'll get the original one since the price offered to me is same with the CSO one. Maybe later i'll get the CSO and see how it performs.
