today i stripped 2 x second spur gear
this is the first time i came across this

why did it stripped is :
Maybe i tighen too way in for the 2 speed shoe right into it and there are totally no free play from the shaft and only the spurs have lots of free play.... did that perviously and nothing happen but only happen
today...
Or i maybe after had a head to head crush causing the engine to run wild and the spur stripped ???
Not my day to bashing as after all this, my chassic got bent, stripped spur gear and seems like my car aren't running smoothly

maybe it time to change to my 7075 chassic

Mkae sure your pinions are not sharp..this will strip the spurs..also if you collided hard this could have shifted your motor mount......try to use 2mm screws for the bottom of the motor mount intsted of the phillips this allows you to crank down on the screws in turn really tightens down the mount.

here are some pictures of the kfactory 4mm rear carbon fiber shock tower with aluminum brace support after installing it to my kit... the kfactory carbon fiber shock tower is way thicker than the stock carbon fiber shock tower downside is that the kfactory shock tower has only 4 holes for shock mounting positions as compared to the stock shock tower that has 6 shock mounting positions to choose from. also, i changed the stock belts to the kyosho sp belts all over i noticed that the kyosho sp belts are much softer compared to the stock ones and free up the drive train

these are pictures of the kfactory aluminum middle block which features an easy removable of the front drive belt. it also incorporates a pipe holder downside again is that you have to buy the optional kfactory chassis for you to use this option or if you want, you can drill another hole in the stock chassis

last but not the least, here are pictures of the kfactory chassis it incorporates carbon fiber material into areas that have less stress on it also noticed that the area on the bottom of the engine has larger holes for better cooling of the engine if you could notice, i also ditched the stock 2 piece engine mount for a kyosho 1 piece engine mount the 1 piece engine mount in my opinion adds overall rigidity to the chassis may it be stock or aftermarket chassis
