I'd consult an Evo 2 or Shimo manual to better make sense of all the possible different rear suspension combinations.

Thanks makes sense.

IF 3 Racing parts are acceptable, you can still find aluminum option parts for the RRR at a place called www.asiatees.com

They have Titanium parts for these Cars as well........CHEAP!

Hi guys,

I have a question here.
What's the function of the part with number "26" in the attached picture?
How you should set it?
What will be the effect?

Tx for your insight!

Its hard to explain, but that piece is an eccentric cam for the front blade sway bar. The front sway bar joins the front wheels together in regards to their droop. That piece allows you to get the droop matched on both front wheels.

Tx Scott,

I notice that its eccentric so I just set it both (left/right) equal and adjust the front droop using the 4x8mm set screw as shown in the picture.

Just wondering the purpose of it.

Im back lol im still running this car. I have found most of the parts still between Ashford and Amain.

Question is im running the front gear diff and cant find part numbers on it or part numbers for the components. Are the outdrives the same front and rear? The diff cases are different of course. I cant find anything on it in the manual under parts or options. Thanks for the help.

Hi Pete,
I'm still running a Shimo Edition and no, the front out drives are not the same. You'll need the VZ218's for the front diff. I'd also add Titanium cross pins for the spider gears, to both diffs VZW211 and Titanium Pivot Balls VZW023V-8 along with a Lite Weight body and a LiFe Rx pack will bring the Cars weight down to about 1650 grams!
I also use the optional wide front bumper VZ244 and the APP02-2 Brake Pads w/ball point pen springs shortened and installed between the pads so they don't drag.

Yeah I know, more info than you asked for But, the Cars "A Tank" and so easy to drive on a parking lot Track.
