As an added extra, the Serpent 720 '08 comes with the previously optional front one way system as well the one way lock set to make it into a solid axle, ensuring your car will be ready for all conditions.

well i'm trying to put my 720 '08 kit together and first thing i notice is i do not have the one way or solid diff parts. are they in another bag besides the diff parts bag? i looked through the other bags briefly but i did not see anything that resembles those parts. does anyone have info on what bag they're supposed to be in?
yes it comes with the kit

both 720 07 n 08 came with the front one way, front lock pins n front gear diff... extra in 08 is the aluminium radio tray 'X' bracket, monoblock engine mount n chasis with front stiffener insert (the front looks like the SPP lcg chasis)... also the optional front hub n new springs... but dunno wat's the colour code of the new springs included...

what's the functional differents of the new front hubs, the 1 degree, 0 degree n the old one...???

the new chasis should improve handling but letting driver to alter the stiffness of the front chasis but it does seems as weaker part of the chasis if involve in strong impact/accident... well at least that's the chances for most beginner ... but for better driver, the chasis is an advantage... but the LCG chasis is even better, lighter n when combine with LCG monoblock n smaller flywheel, the car should handle much better...!!! but the risk of it, 'don't crash'...

Been seeing Mark Green working on his 720-08 the last couple of days. He's preparing for the WinterNats as well as Round1 of the BRCA Nationals at my local track.

He has sent me some info/tips to share with everyone including his latest setup. go to 3hobby.net to find out more ...

If you mean the brass plate up front, its to stiffen up the chassis when less front end grip is needed when you don't have it on the front end flexes more for more steering. Hope this helps..

the carbon fiber plate stiffins the front to reduce stearing. the brass plate in the front helps give to car more dive into the corner because of more weight
