Will explain more when someone answers. thanks!
endplay (not clutch gap) is usually about 0.1-0.2mm only...0.5mm is abit too much; risk of thrust bearing failures.

i set my endplay by putting shims till the bell starts to bind and then i'll remove 0.1mm shim from it and it's good to go!

The yellow is favoured by most local guys and has good bite.
The black has good bite but slips a touch and the red is harder and slips more.
The red seems to be more of a hassle to get set right though.

Thanks guys,

I will have the race report up on the serpent site soon. Just to let everyone know. The set up I used was the same as always. I did not have to touch my car once. Just lubed the axles and thrust bearing every race.

I hope this works. Here is my basic set-up for my car. It is very stable. I also add 26grams in my front bumper, run the brass battery tray with the regular battery and the lcg chassis, cut the alum X brace in the middle to have a left and right side. I also cut the left stiffener so it is not using the middle screw.

With high traction I do not use the front sway bar. Good luck to all and please ask if you have any questions.

Regards,

DJ Apolaro
