I've ran over a season on the kit clutch with no issues. No reason to run aftermarket...

Guys, seeing as the Ebuggy thread is pretty dead, I hoped to get some help here!
I am in the process of converting one of my TKI3's (ebuggy) to 4 spec, but wondered why the E TKI4 gets the HS front tower, and the nitro doesn't? If someone can shed some light on this for me, and advise what benefits there are to running it, I can work out of I need it! I will be running on bumpy astro.
Cheers in advance

The kit clutch is predictable and feels great, but it does not last a season of racing unless your season is only a few races long. The Buku clutch is practically maintenance free, which the kit clutch is not. I wasn't a believer in the Buku until I tried it. It saves me countless hours of maintenance over a season of racing.

Unscientifically ... I would estimate its possible that they're included with the MP9e TKI4 as the HS Tower/Front Upper Rear mount came out (Sept 2016) after the original Nitro TKI4 came out....And the assumption was they're a preferred upgrade for high speed cornering...Kinda guessing here
So how many of you guys use the high camber tower and rear upper brace, and in what conditions does it work best in?

I have them but still haven't put them. I don't see a need for them as the stock parts work very well with just pill position changes, the HS parts put the roll centre in-between or slightly above the stock parts which calls for more caster (17.5º caster blocks are a nice buy).

TRY
1.5 2.5 and 3 turns in from flush with OD of flywheel.
sounds like traction is high?
That should never happen in a buggy!!
those settings will pull a tki4 on 100deg blacktop.
that feeling of SOFT is actually the engine and not the clutch.
if the above works but is to progressive for you try
2. 3. and 3.5 turns in from flush.
When you have a "BOG" or buggy is loose the fix Is the same...make the clutch more progressive....spread out engagement...hope this helps
