They were being fined constantly by the city for "noise pollution" and the cities "noise ordenance" because all of the houses that went up around the race track. They bought the house KNOWING the race track was there and still complained. Manzy couldn't afford to keep raising prices on entries and concesions as well as thinning the payouts so the crowds quit coming. So they went belly up.

So I guess we are both right...
