I believe they are softer than the stock springs on initial compression but stiffer when compressed. Curious to hear feedback of others who've tried them.
I noticed the same thing when I first started with the 7 and switched from the silver to the black springs. Not knowing your setup, I would run a much stiffer spring in the rear if you're not already doing so....say (10.25 or 10.0). Then lean the shock in on the tower one hole which would make it more progressive than having it more vertical. The last thing I could think of is to make sure your engine is optimally tuned to give you the right amount of power necessary to clear jumps. And when you get to a point when you're comfortable clearing jumps it will probably still jump a little lower than other buggies which is a good thing, because you'll land sooner and be back to the business rather than flying high for no reason like some other brands....lol.

Has anybody noticed the fuel tank clunk sits shorter than in the 7? I took the pick up out and put a tube 1/8' longer than what was in there. now it sits in the bottom pocket nice. but you have to be careful if you put new tubing thats a little too long it wont be able to flop upside down.

Mine was also the same way. About a 1/8 longer is all that's needed.

The baffle are taller which causes the clunk to stick in the up position when you flip the vehicle. Myself and others usually upgrade the type of fuel line trim the baffles and test throughly before running. Hope this helps

Yes is was free to move originally. But was sitting just on the edge of sitting in the bottom pocket of the tank.
