    The chuck has 2 flat spots so it normally can be hold with a wrench to tighten the chuck nut. With that you can clamp it in a vice.
    When the chuck nut is screwed on the clamp will go smaller when tighten it.

    Just put the text through a translator.

    The ring I mention in the manual is just an easy help to get the conical adapter from the sleeve.

    Hello John, All is fine except the virus issue made me jobless and with so many people fired to save costs there is not much work to find.
    I use an ER32 chuck with an 20mm clamp insert. I made some adapters to fit 19.5, 18 and 17mm diameter sleeves which have a small (about 2 degrees) taper, The cuts on the chuck nut I have numbered so I have a scale
    And then it is all about a feeling and making small steps.

    Hi you tell on the 7R thread that you put AE RC8B3 center shafts on your MBX7R , rear exactely same lenght ok , and front slightly longer , how much 1/2 mm ?? Did you run with them ?? No problem with the chassis flex ( for the front shaft) ??? Thank you for your answer , if you can show me a pics (us if you want to out it on the thread ) ????
