We didn't need to angle either bulkhead actually. It's much cheaper not to, but we wanted the smoothest driveline possible so we went the extra mile :-). The result is an incredibly efficient drivetrain with minimal wear. When you see it up close you'll see what I'm getting at.

can we see some up close pics soon? and I cant wait to get back into nitro. I have been racing xray since the 808 2009spec and left after the xb9 2012. hate having a new car every year and chasing setups after chassis changes and whatnots.

As far as I know, vehicles do not have to be in production to run at any ROAR event. Only motors, engines, and ESC's (for stock classes) have that kind of stipulation.

We needed more time for setup to get ready for the Nats. Austin is totally set with his current ride and after the Nats we should make the switch for future events.

Sorry, I wrote my previous post such that it was confusing
.
His current ride is a Kyosho and he's dialed in with that. We didn't have enough time to dial in the Tekno buggy for the nats, so Austin is running his K-car. Austin had a lot on his plate and we didn't want to rush into changing cars at such an important time. After the nats, it's on!
