Tekno NB48

I kinda figured that. Aluminum servo horns are mandatory on pretty much every 1/8th scale. I also orderd the regular replacement items like front and rear arms, shock shafts, knuckles, hubs, gear box, and servo saver. I'm sure that will last me the rest of the summer season...
But thanks for keeping me in the loop. Tekno drivers seem to be the nices guys at the track.

Completely unnecessary for almost everyone but the super pro level (and even then it's more of a norm vs need). You will find that tekno's kits far exceed in my opinion the quality of most other manufactures. You will have very gradual wear and minor slop start over time, but that actually isn't a bad thing. I just sold my year old EB48 with I can only guess how many packs through it (probably 100-125, probably 1200-1500 minutes of runtime) and 95% original components other than those I choose to migrate to .2 and it still has a very long life left on it.

Just wanted to give a brief update. I'm rebuilding my NB-48 for our trip to Texas next week and I decided to replace the CV pins in the axles. I've been running these Sylveris RC aluminum axles for about 3 months now and they still show no signs of wear.
The picture is of an axle I just pulled out and wiped off. The pin itself was the only part showing some wear.

Finally got the car to be the most dialed that I've had it. Just pulls right out of the corner. Change the front diff to 5k so now the setup is 5-7-5. Because of that I was able to grab 7th on the grid for the A main, leading for half of it but finishing 2nd. Not the normal podium group either. Ofna X3 sabre then my NB 48. Love the car!!
