Large restrictors are for when temps get hot, are summers get above 100 and a larger restrictor helps performance.

Also, is there any plans from VP to maybe come with a bar-code type pattern for indoor 1/8 buggies??? Thanks again.

It is supposed to come with a 7.0 and 6.5. They may have mispackaged it.

They said they are working on an indoor tire now.

Killer & Gene, thanks for the help. I think i will just stick with the 7. Also are the new hats still coming in around the 15th with the pit bags?

This may have been asked already but can someone explain the differences in the VP-Pro Wings and which is better for specific track conditions?

Has anyone tried VP fuel cooler... It looks very nice but I wasn't sure about its inline performance since it seems kinda big..

Plus 1 on the switch...

Larger side dam = more side bite. Smaller side dam = more steering/rotation.

K Wing - K stands for Kyosho. The side dam is the same size and shape as the old Kyosho wing. This has the largest side dam.

M Wing- M stands for Mugen. It is shaped like the Mugen wing. It is a medium/normal size side dam. Best all around wing for steering/stability.

V Wing - V stands for V. The side dam is shaped like a letter "V". This is the thinest side dam but is also the longest. It should handle close to the M wing.

All 3 wings look the same when looking from the front or back.

Great weekend of Indoor racing for me at the FORCE Series. I qual 3rd in Rnd 1 and TQ'd Rnd 2 in nitro. Bad luck in the main - lost a wheel nut and stripped out the rim. Billy Easton went on to win the main event after starting 5th.

In Ebuggy, I qualified 4th and had 2nd in the main until I was taken out twice by a back marker and finished 3rd. Serpent's Ryan Johnson TQ'd and won.

TQ'd Rnd 1 of truggy and won the main event by 2 laps. Used VP-Pro soft Tubro Trax on all 3 cars.

VP-Pro USA is now stocking 1.4mm wire Buggy Progressive Shock Springs for 15-17mm Shocks. We have 3 fronts and 3 rears in soft, medium, and hard firmness. Fits on INTECH and Agama spring cups perfect.

These are accurate - all the same size wire and same length (short front/long rear) so you know which ones are softer/harder - no more guessing.

Since they are all the same size diameter wire, the firmness is controlled by the number of coils.

Less Coils = Harder
More Coils = Softer

The progressive springs feel softer at first, then get slightly stiffer as they are compressed. This allows thinner oil to be used, allows the car to soak up small bumps better, and helps keep the chassis from bottoming out on landings.

They are all black with a colored dot on one end for easy identification. The black gives a clean/neutral look that will match all paint schemes as well.

Ran the Striker tire on a hard packed surface this weekend. Wasn't really expecting the results I got. Tire was awesome.

Track was blue groove with light dust on top. Track is noted for a small-pin tire.
