Thumbs up

The new VP Pro tires are the best. My son and myself both used them at the Region 4 nitro races this past weekend. The new compounds are great and kept us competitive.

The new Turbo trax gave the buggies more corner speed than any other tire I have tried. The Stryker had lots of forward traction and side bite. Both tires are a plus for the VP line.

My son ran in the sportsman 1.8th scale. Sebastian had technical difficulties in qualifing with his buggy. We had clutch issues and radio issues. He started 2nd in the B. We used the new turbo trax 2.0 in ultraflex compound for this race. He took first place in the first lap and extended his lead to 4 laps by the end of the race to take first place and the bump to the A. By the time the A came up the track was blue grooved so we put on the stryker in ultra flex compund. What can I say but those tires were awesome. He was in first by the 6th lap and extended his lead to 2 laps over the field by the end of the race. The tire showed almost little to no wear after a 45min main.

VP has just stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun with these new tires and compounds. Next stop Force series round 3 at Mills Pond.

I ran the VP504-SF This past weekend and they were great! The track changed from early morning to mid day but these tires felt good all day. I was plagued with electronic speed control issues that ended the event for me early but the VP-PRO tires were the BOMB!

I ran the turbo trax evos on my 22sct and really like them outdoors. I have some strickers for buggy but have not had a chance to run them yet. They look like a good alternative to impacts.

Just wanted to publicly thank Paul R. (Slotmachine) for the setup help, and the use of the VP Pro tires on my Mugen MBX-6 Eco at the 1st round of the ROAR Region 2 Winter Indoor Series, the tires were hooked up or as the commercial says "grounded to the ground" . I was gradually getting faster with the adjustments to the setup, only to have my A main run ruined by a failed transmission bearing The tires were soft compound with a medium insert, I believe, but they were performing well!

It's nice to know there are other options for tires out there.
