Good Job!

The XB808 mount does not fit but I have never tried the Mugen mount. I have asked Intech to make an extended mount but they have not yet. I am also trying to get an aftermarket one made but no luck yet.

Actually my pitman went AWOL but managed to use Dave's pitman who was sitting on his ARSE !
I was 5th and Derrick Osborne finished lower than that but we were all in the A-main and at The Factory, I will take it !
Good news is I took a kit with me for extra parts support and sold the kit....

Have a good deal of people interested in the Maxy engines. Since many of the people visit this thread and it really ties in well with Intech, would you care to write up a little info on them Gene ?

FYI, The BR-6E kits will be back in stock on April 15th. Intech is closed this week for a Holiday.

The Maxy Cinco BT by Novarossi is a great engine. It is basically a P5 with the new style Bonito head and CNC domed piston, but made to Maxy's specs. It will outlast most engines because of the CNC piston. It is super smooth, yet has tons of bottom and top end power. The 2096/41001 pipe/manifold works best but the 9901/41029 gives the best fuel mileage. Matt Sistrunk was getting 13:35 at the PNB in buggy with an RE-12 pipe (Losi's 9901) and TQ'd and won the Open buggy class.

In truggy, I am getting 12+ min on a tank and I got 12:45 at the PNB with the 2096 pipe and stock 6.5 reducer. I am getting 9:30-11:00 in buggy with the tuned version, but the stock gets even better fuel mileage.

The stock engine is 100% made by Novarossi. The tuned is modified by Maxy. The pre-broke in is broken in at the Novarossi Factroy. Maxy installs the ceramic bearings on the tuned version.

Before I had always run OS V-spec or the new XZ-B. This engine is better then both of them. It is easy to tune, more then enough bottom end for truggy, yet smooth enough for buggy.
