It's ridiculous good, man. Power everywhere but totally driveable, and you're right about the mileage. I think you and I were two of very few people that we're pitting at 10 at the Colonel's race. Not sure about you, but I was well within a comfortable range doing so. When the traction is high it gets really fun...pulls the front end up until the center diff lets go. Tee hee!!!

Yeah man.. we both pit at the same time too.. LOL Talk about a battle of the pit. That race my engine was still new and I flamed out in the A main because I thought I could still do 10 when the humidity went up. But, after getting some fuel through the engine it can run 15 minutes. Sillyness!!

Just an update from the UK!

I have just completed 4 successive A finals in 4 different competitions in 4 weeks with the BR6!

My Astro set up is getting there now and the car is not only very quick but very reliable, time has been of the essence and I have barely touched the car in the 4 weeks and everything is fine!

I have been running the BR6 since November in all kinds of weather and not broken or replaced anything yet!

Slight slop in some of the plastics now but not bad as I have raced every week since November!

I am just building my second BR6 for the UK nationals and am over the moon with it, I have also ordered the E Buggy too.

The 1.4mm springs are really nice guys! I would suggest getting the rear orange and red... and the front pink and purple. Or, just the whole set.
Are you talking about my home track St.Louis Dirt Burners?

The ProTek flat Lipo pack for the BR-6 is now in available at VP-Pro USA. It is a perfect fit for the BR-6 battery box.

Ok I have the RC Pro National this coming weekend and still haven't found a way to tame the surprise squirrelyness so I ordered some 1.4 medium springs and see if that helps. Also gonna try 7-5-3 and lay shocks as much as possible without losing droop.

5/5/5 is real smooth. Light on the shock oil.

I agree go up in rear diff oil and light on shock oil. One thing on the setup sheet I personally think that needs to be fixed is measuring the droop. The way it is on the setup sheet is old school. I suggest measuring it from the top of the shock bolt to the bottom shock bolt. I also suggest a new droop screw, A mugen type.

Greg or anyone else. Is the manual wrong on the steering turnbuckles where you snap the balls in? I think it needs to be reversed. But I could be wrong

I saw that too so I just reversed it. Gene listed some button head droop screws on his site now.
