If you desire a Prius, then go with electric.

If you fancy a 69 Camaro with a blown 427, NITRO is for you.

With Nitro you don't have to buy expensive LiPo batteries or worry when will they start to puff. Or what turn motor you need. You can go slow, half throttle if you are a beginner or fast, full throttle if you know how to drive it like you stole it.

I switched to ebuggy this year and the main reason is from the lack of pitman.

Otherwise, nitro was really fun.

Don't you still need pitman to change batteries?

Imo nitro is a lot more fun! I have electrics I run in the winter or indoor when its raining but if I can get the nitro out its definitely top choice. The sound, smell, realism and the awesome 20+ min mains. Nothing like it. And if I happen to get stuck in with some electrics my truggy is on the track anyway. Havent personally had any issues finding someone to pit me either honestly I have rarely even had to ask guys. Usually just say "hey you need someone to fuel you?" Theres a lot of really great guys involved in this hobby that are willing to lend a hand. And ya the nitro is a little more maintenance than my electrics (not what the nitro haters make it out to be though) but honestly that just makes it more fun I think. Im not a zone out infront of the tv kinda guy so I really enjoy messing with it through the week. My 2 cents but I would certainly pick nitro over electric any day.
