Run them with a stock cap.

Have you (or anyone else reading) tried them with a vented cap and foam compensator? I'll be putting my buggy back together soon and I wanted to try vented caps with foam, of course with the Fioroni pistons.

On hard packed tracked with big jumps, yes they work well.

I don't like the idea of a wearable part in a piece that I don't disassembly very often such as shocks (well, I'm not a top racer anyway...). Thus, I wonder know how long these O-rings last. Just an estimative. 2-3 days racing?!

The track that I'm used to race has low traction and is very rough. No big jumps and I'm seriously considering the CSI C (red).

Hi all . Just got a set of those to fit a mbx6 R , what oils are you using inside the shocks on a low traction and bumpy track ?
The idea seems really great ,can not wait to try but we still have snow here in Finland for at least 2month more...

I believe the correct way is with the big holes up. I run them facing up.

Normally I run a 550 or a 600 Mugen oil up front and a 450 or a 500 Mugen oil rear. I almost always run a 100 Cst difference from front to back.

I haven't run the Fioroni pistons with a compensated cap, the last time I did that was with the Mugen option 6 hole black pistons. The damping felt too soft with the compensated caps, like I went down 2 steps in oil weight.
