nutfluff - I've been thinking that for a while. It's gone, and anyone who has a problem with its removal can take it up with me privately.

arghh - I don't believe either of those are necessary. However, storing your car or truck on a set of wheels or something tall enough to allow all four wheels to hang freely is a good idea.

pitdog - That's something that's very dependent on many factors, like available traction, and any obstacles entering and after the exit of the corner.

That being said, I'm a firm believer in braking in a straight line, rolling through the middle of the corner, and picking up throttle as soon as you can while remaining in control.

Good call...

You going to hit Jimmy's nitro race at Hobbytown? If so, I'll come say hi.

Oh yeah! Jimmy runs one of the best programs in the hobby, AND it's a nitro race. That's a no-brainer!

Looking forward to finally putting a face to the name...err, screen name.

What set-up do you use on your Losi 8ight?

My car has the stock setup, with the following changes:

- 40 wt. with 54's in the front
- 3/3 rear block
- 4-A rear camber link
- 13T clutch bell
- 32.5 with 55's in the rear, although lately I've been trying 27.5 with 56's with good success. It's worth trying both.

I've been playing in the dirt a lot. We were at Thunder Alley Sunday only to get rained out. And Palomar a couple of weeks before that. Can't wait for Revelations new track to be finished.

Amen! I can't wait for ARC to re-open, it'll be nice to have a good track within an hour again.

Jon, you get a real car yet?
