Aaron, you get a lot of these, but I was wondering if you could comment on any new happenings on the 1/10 XXXNT?

Before anyone starts, I did not hear/see anything, just curious.

Also, we have the Losi race in Fla for January, any chance we will be driving the 8T at it?

Default Figured that one out.

Thanks for the reply d4man. You were right.

I found a badly burred front pin that only sticks sometimes. Sanded it smooth (will replace soon) and the problem is gone.

I am by the way still interested in side to side balance. Is this something drivers are checking? Do you guys use the Losi Shock Tool much?

Thanks a plenty

Glad I could help! Yes, I equalize my shocks using the Losi Shock Tool.

jgroenhof - Glad to hear you found the problem; for general information, equal shock length from side to side is the most important factor in making your car handle consistently in both directions. The Losi shock dyno allows you to check not only shock length, but for equal o-ring stiction, dampening, spring tension and preload, as well as the complete shock.

jellyracer - If I told you my opinion of the new truck, I'd sound very biased! It will be very competitive. Diff oils depend on diff and gear size, as well as the overall car. I'm not sure what to recommend for you because I don't have any experience with any other brand truggies.

ahsikes - Quite obviously, Losi will have new stuff for the gas truck sometime, but not soon. Losi has other projects to work on first.

nuke2233 - It's possible, but not likely worth it.

Aaron- If I keep my throttle just absolutely hammered while in mid-air, will it not only make the nose raise...but...will it make my vehicle fly faster throught the air?

Hah! Anyways man, I pretty much got the o.k. to head out to ABQ in June for nats, I expect you to be there!

rcjunky - I'm running the Jammin' JP-1. The motor is AWESOME.

Tyler - Backflips are faster :-)

Isn't that race flashlight-only?

Yea its flashlight only, but they are combining mod and stock, so there should be a lot of people there.

Bob - Merry Christmas to you too! Pass it on to the kid as well, from both of us.

Tyler - About time they combined the two...haha.

Hard to say if we'll make it or not. I'd guess that we'll probably save that out-of-state trip and use it towards going to another gas race...but ya never know.
