Hey Jeremy, if you had the Hobbico LiFe battery for your OD it will also work in the Serpent.

I'm using a yeah racing 1800 lipo pack. It has room for padding and for the balance plug.

No one can say yet, as individual 811E parts aren't out yet. At a minimum, you'd be looking at:

Chassis
Battery trays
Front diff mount
Motor mount
Servo mount
Receiver box/mount
Side plates/mud guards
Front and rear chassis brace
Front and rear center dogbones
Rear wing mounts (lowered on the new car)
Rear wing (new style wing)
Body
Body mounts ?

Chassis alone will cost you $90+. Bet you'll end up spending over half of what a 811E kit will cost, trying to convert a nitro car. Use the RCM conversion now, or sell the car as a nitro to fund an 811E

Where are you guys mounting your fuel filters?

I'm having a hell of a time fitting one under the body with the way the air filter and fuel tubing route.

Post up some pics if you don't mind.

Don't really need one, it is built into the tank.
