Shipping to where I am already costs as much as the shoes..

Was looking at third party losi ones on eBay instead

As mentioned earlier, the dimensions are slightly different on the Losi ones so even if they work you will probably notice a performance difference.

i use the dynamite t handle glow plug wrench. the one with the red handle. i find that u can't get a good grip on a nut driver to tighten it enough.

8mm or 5/16" socket will work. One of those 4 way wrenchs should work or a dyanmite t handle glow plug wrench works good.

For a blue groove clay track I do not believe this modification is worth the trouble to make. It does help the car but not enough for your time. I believe this will help tremendously on a rutted out track. This weekend I will be at an RC Pro State series race in Carrollton, Tx and I will be testing it on practice day. This is where I believe it will truly help the car.

Hi Jason,

May you post some more detailed shots of your mod please ?

Is it the same mod Billy did at the AMS ? You did reverse the rollbar, but I believe Billy did not. Does he just counterbend his bar ?

Thanks...

Jason, If you could write up a little bit of how you did the conversion that would be great. Any tricks or Mods you had to do to make it work.

I'm very interested and have been looking at it for weeks now to see how to perform the surgery.

Please let us in when you get some time.

If I had to guess, I'd say A-arms were swapped left -> right, right -> left, links put on the backside (so have to have carbon towers) and they made a hole or something large enough in the wing mount there to hold the bearings for the sway bar.

Just what it looks like at first glance.

It's very involved. He sent me a pm and described some of it. Lots of cutting and shaving. Arms and hubs swapped, etc It looks good but idk if it actually does that much better

ok to do the rear end mod.
you got flip the arms drill the wing mount for the sway bar
and then grid the arms and hubs to get them back 6mm because it makes the car shorter
