instead of cutting a hole in the front of the trailer why not build a wall where the ramp is and cut a hole off to one side for the a/c unit and you use a plex-glass type of material thats clear so you can see out the back

some one else said it first but some kind of sliding glass door
at the back of the trailer would be cool I have seen it on 1:1
race car trailers it would have to be recessed so the ramp will
shut and may not be possible to do at this time
looking good

I'm going to install those PVC strip curtains that you see in meat lockers

Default pvc curtains

I have been looking at the PVC curtains also. Have you found any that are tinted or maybe UV resistant? Also they come in a wide range of widths and thicknesses. My experience with the curtains on our trailer tells me that I need to rethink it. The PVC curtains that I have are 8" wide and overlapped only about an 1" with the thickness of .08.
Our trailer layout is smilier to yours. We plan to make the sides one solid piece (about 24") and only have the curtains in the middle opening. We plan to use Velcro along the sides for a better air seal.
It has been crazy hot over hear in Texas this summer and the AC is not keeping up with the large open back door.
If you can tell me how to post pics I will see what I can do to help explain my deli ma.
Keep up the good work.

Open up a photobucket account and upload your photos. Each picture uploaded will contain four different types of URL "links" that you can insert into HTML code in the forums. Copy the "IMG" link and paste it where you want. For those unfamiliar with coding it's intimidating at first, but it's actually pretty easy once you get through it the first time.

Send me the pix and we'll figure something out. You can figure any problem out if you apply enough brainpower and crack cocaine to it...
