I am ordering the Mugen Pin replacement tool...can someone that knows verify the measurment of the pins for #1 the Center shafts (go in the center diff) # 2 the CVD's to the front and rear wheels

Use the mugen pins to replace - MUGC0270 for the Axles and MUGC0271 for the center shafts. When you use the tool make sure you heat up the pin or you will strip the tool. It happened to me.

Double check with your calipers before install because I may have that backwards, but those are the part numbers you need.

I used a friends at the track this weekend with no heat and it slid right out, but heat does make since...this was on the front center shaft not sure if any of the others are pressed different, either way the tool is AWESOME

It will take away some but it makes up for it in mid range and top end. It may also help with a little more fuel milage.

tiphey wats up yall just wanted to thank everybody for the tips got this beast started today finally lol ideled two tanks through it an then took it off the box and drive it around for about three tanks first quarter throttle i did im prrtty sure i shouldve changed boxers because i think i did all three thangs in them i shouldnt have lol cant wait to get this thang out of my alley i dont know when my next day off is but i probaly wont sleep till then, god this sux im going to be so broke because of this damn hobby i got myself into :)

Yea, its definately a good way to save money so you dont have to buy the whole shaft.

Looking forward to AMS, counting the days.

We are headed out Wednesday afternoon and have about a 4 hr drive but we have some other friends saving us a good spot that are leaving Wednesday morning early.

Does anyone know where I can get the drag link screws for the steering rack without buying 2 steering racks and getting only 2 screws??

I keep having a issue with the right side backing out and getting lost sometimes, I have replaced the bellcrank and everything and it still happens:flaming:

J, put a tiny drop of superglue in the hole before you put the screw in. Make sure you dont get any where the ackerman plate sits.
