Guys - what clutch bells are most of you running? I noticed that the standard losi clutch bell doesn't particularly like the the werks clutch. It left masses of lumpy build up with the inside of the bell. Will any standard after market bell just bolt straight on??? I run the ascendancy bells on my RC8b and they seem to work really well.

I didnt think the Losi bells would fit on other type clutches? I dodnt really know about werks clutch material, but I run all Losi clutch parts and I have had the build ub you are talking about before. It happens when you have an extream amount of slippage going on. It comes from having too stiff of a spring, too soft of a shoe on high traction tracks or having a little grease get in there and causing it to slip. Its basicly a low grade meltdown of the shoes. Clean it as best you can and it will wear away but you need to keep an eye on your shoes.

You may just need to try it and see. Shim it if you need to.

Are you running High Voltage servos? If yes than run the LiPo's. If no you can still run the LiPos, but you may or may not have problems with your servos. The choice is yours.

I still dont have the cajones to try lipo on my 9100's in my truck. I make it just fine in a 45 minute main with a 1600mah NiCd.
