The losi 8t 2.0 is offically the faster truggy at Sin City RC. Kyle Johnson dropped a 30.904 beating the previous fastest lap by .3.

i ran my 8T after a night of practice all of the upper turnbuckle mounts were completly loose on the shock towers. the cap head screws were not long enough to thread through the lock nut. i replaced all four with longer screws. no other problems yet. But a very nice truck and easy to drive!!

Yeah I noticed they were kinda short. What length screws did you use? I also want to add a washer in front of each ball end so they can't pop off so I knew I would need longer screws.

if you read back a few pages you'll see the mod that i do so that a 8x16x5 bearing can be used instead.
if you want to send the hubs to me here in aus i can get it done for you

first night runnin the 2.0, im impressed....

first qualifier my battery came disconnected but o well, nothin happened, no runaway so no harm no foul...

second qualifier my camber link came off, so i put a longer screw in as others have already said and fixed that...

then in the a main with 2 min left i was in second. the stupid race director who wasnt paying attention told me to stop because he said i cut the track. i lost the room i gained on first place(he was 5 foot in front of me when this happened.) and he may of cost me a win but i never know. i talked to the guy he wouldnt give me an answer. i talked to another guy who explained the situation and they were all wrong, i wish people would WATCH the full race instead of bits and pieces and catch a driver(me) crossin back over a pipe that spun out and was correcting the situation..

i dont cheat if i do cross a pipe on accident ill wait till the guy behind me passes me then ill go ahead.... sorry i had to vent

but im happy with the truck. i cant wait for the nitro challenge next week

Default Flywheel alignment.

I'm using the GRP Tuned motor in my 2.0T and the flywheel chassis alignment is off. The flywheel is just shy of touching the front of the opening. Any body got a clue? I'm using the stock collet which is actually shorter than the one than comes with the motor so that should have helped but I'm still about a 3/16 to a 1/4 from where I'd like to be. What really sucks is if I could get the flywheel back into it's proper position, then I would barely be mating up to the spur gear. Clutch is dead on but the flywheel needs to move back to be centered. What to do?

The tank mounts roughly 26mm off the chassis to the tank mounts
