My money is no the muffler bearings. If they fail you might as well just go home.:lol:

Check the idle, maybe to low.

Man I thought I was the only one who used muffler bearings.

it will idle all day and night. It runs great. this happens @ about 1/2 tank, once I flip - and Im lid king, it dies.

Pissed me off, i worked my way from 10th to 3rd and had two flame outs on the back straight 37 seconds into my lap, put me back two laps, not cool......

You prob did this but change the tank and the line then seal the hell out of the engine.

3 brand new tanks, and a whole bunch of fuel line..... But it will change it again. Engines are not sealed, one vspec with 6 gal, one with about 6 tanks.

It sounds like when it warms up it might be leaking. Have you replaced the rear oring on the rear case cover? http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-B-V-Spec-30VG and check the carb boot. But if both engines are doing it then it has to be on the car.

The only time that I've had a flame out from being upside down with a Losi vehicle is from a fuel tank issue or an engine issue, period so I'm stumped on your current problem, sorry.

losi

What pipe are you using? I had a JP3 pipe once ,the baffel in the pipe was loose and when upside down it blocked the pressure fitting enough to stop the pressure. And would stall everytime upside down. Changed the pipe worked great. ??

Have you tried doing this to the tank? These are from racers edge from the throttle linkage. They help keep the tank closed just make sure you don't bend the springs up too much or it defeats the purpose.
